The architect-designed houses are built in a modern Scandinavian style. The facades are clad with beautiful Western Red Cedar wood, which withstands the elements without any chemical surface treatment. The houses have birch wood flooring and fully tiled bathrooms.
The houses have been built in an ecofriendly way; we have focused on environmental aspects as well as low running costs. All building materials have been carefully chosen to be both aesthetic and ecofriendly. All apartments have lofts which provide excellent extra sleeping space.
The lovely beach is only a few hundred meters from the doorstep.
An advanced mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery makes for a pleasant indoor environment and energy-efficiency.
The large thermopane windows have larch wood frames, letting in light and creating a great sense of space.
All apartments have fireplaces for alternative heating, or just for that extra cosy factor. They are equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-drier.

The apartments are furnished for six people, but will sleep up to ten people.
